gap penalty....

since my practical until now...
i m suffer v d same project....
my supervisor always wan us to improve our project every time after presentation..
so until now we still doing d same project...
now, she wan us to calculate d gap penalty...
it is a very messy calculation...
nid to calculate few scoring matrix then compare it and select the max value..
i calculate until blur blur ad...
i loo for d scoring matrix until feel like wan to vomit ad...
dunno tonite i ll dream bout scoring matrix or not...
hehe...

really a hard project ar...
before dis suffer for java and e-values..
now suffer for scoring matrix..
dunno next is wat...
